- This service is a budget photo option with up to 15 images (1 Front + 1 Back + up to 13 interior) and no guarantee that every room, angle, or feature will be delivered. - Images will be captured using a fast single-exposure ambient workflow and will not match the look of premium flambient, HDR, twilight, or magazine-style photography. - Image color quality may be affected by mixed lighting, weather, window brightness, blinds, bulb color, and the overall condition of the property. - No staging, decluttering, item removal, furniture moving, blind adjustment, light bulb replacement, or other prep work will be performed on site. - The property must be fully photo-ready at 8 am on the day of the scheduled shoot or will be shot AS-IS. Photo ready would include being clean, window coverings open, lights on, vacant of people, and free of pets. - The photographer may leave and still charge the full fee if the property cannot be accessed immediately, or cannot be photographed safely. - Someone cannot be present at the property in a way that delays or interferes with the shoot. Example: moving from room to room. - Closed-off or unlit spaces may not photograph well or may be skipped. This service is for daytime scheduling only and final image quality will depend on the natural and artificial light available at the time of entry. - The photographer will choose the final delivered images. Requests for specific angles, detail shots, or extensive coverage are not included in this service. - Any return trip, re-shoot, or correction caused by access problems, prep issues, or readiness issues will require an additional shoot. - This service does not include virtual staging, object removal, sky replacement, TV screen replacement, window pulls, advanced retouching, or item cleanup in post. - Photos will be delivered same day. - The order is non-refundable once the photographer arrives or the shoot is completed. ? When you license images from budgetREpics.com (Michael & Ryley), you are purchasing a license to use those images — not ownership of the images themselves. All images from budgetREppics.com are forreal estate listings ONLY, that license allows you to use the images to market the property you are actively representing. That means you can post them on the MLS, Zillow and similar platforms, social media, printed marketing pieces, emails, websites and other listing-related materials. ? What that license doesnotallow is transferring the images to someone else for their own use. If the listing changes agents, the images do not automatically transfer with it. The same goes for builders, stagers, designers, contractors, tradespeople, or any other business that wants to use the images for their own marketing.
